FAQ's

Applying for an instalment plan is similar to applying for a new credit card. The details you provide are checked against public registers, such as credit-rating agencies. To increase the chances of acceptance, ideally, you will have a good credit history – (no late payments, CCJ’s, etc) – and meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Be a UK Resident for at least 3 years
  • Have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits
  • Have credit or debit card registered to your home address
  • Have a stable income whether through permanent employment or other means (e.g. pension, Disability Allowance, etc.)
  • Be OK for there to be a credit check performed when you submit your application

Please note: Delivery must be to the address you put on the finance application, which must be the same as your billing address of the bank account you’re applying with.

Please note that up to 12 months interest-free 0% finance is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Any late or missed repayment may have serious consequences and your credit rating may be affected which could make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future.

Yes, to be able to apply for finance, your purchase must be £250 or over

No, the OmniCapital Retail Finance application process is 100% paperless. You will simply need to provide your credit card information, but there will be no need to present the actual card at any point.

During OmniCapital Retail Finance's secure application process you will be asked to provide some basic personal details such as your marital, residential and employment status. You will also need to have your bank account handy and possibly your credit or debit card information for deposit and ID verification.

You have the right to withdraw from your finance agreement. In a retail store environment this is 14 days following receipt of goods, in all other sales channels (online or telephone orders) this is 15 days following dispatch of your order. You will still be in a contract of purchase for the goods.

Should you wish to cancel your finance agreement please contact us to arrange alternative payment or to arrange safe return of goods according to the Vertical Leisure Ltd. returns policy which can be viewed here.

Feel free to give us a ring on 0044 (0)208 449 4400 or send us an email on [email protected], and we would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
