By purchasing or redeeming a virtual gift card from www.x-pole.co.uk, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- General Information
- Virtual gift cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by X-POLE and can only be purchased and redeemed within the United Kingdom.
- Gift Cards are digital and will be sent to the recipient via email after purchase.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, except as required by law.
- Redemption
- Gift Cards may be used for all or part of an order, and multiple Gift Cards can be used together on a single purchase.
- Gift Cards are valid for use on www.x-pole.co.uk only and cannot be applied to third-party websites or platforms.
- The balance of your Gift Card can be checked at any time by contacting [email protected].
- Expiration
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the Gift Card will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
- Returns and Refunds
- If you make a purchase using a Gift Card and later return the items, the amount paid with the Gift Card will be refunded as a new Gift Card of the same value.
- Any additional refund, beyond the value of the Gift Card, will be made to the original payment method used (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
- Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
- X-POLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
- If you lose a Gift Card, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may issue a replacement Gift Card at our sole discretion if the original Gift Card is reported lost or stolen.
- Fraud and Misuse
- X-POLE reserves the right to refuse the redemption of Gift Cards if we suspect fraud or misuse.
- Gift Cards may not be resold without the express consent of X-POLE.
- Changes to Terms
- X-POLE reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
