Founded by 2010 and 2015 All Ireland Pole Dance Doubles Champion Seanín Ward, this new purpose built aerial fitness studio facilitates weekly classes in Pole Dance Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silk Hammock, Chair Dance, Flexibility and HIIT fitness classes. Each of our classes are taught by friendly, supportive instructors with an emphasis on fun and fitness. At Defying Gravity we pride ourselves in providing a high quality, safe and personal environment in which to exercise and have fun.
CCA is a small studio that is less than a year old. We run classes of 6 maximum, and that is in both pole fitness and aerial hoop. I, Charlie, have 13 years experience in pole fitness and 7 years in aerial hoop, and certified up to advanced teaching level. We welcome anyone that would like to give these disciplines a go and join our family.

The Studio Stockport is a female-led studio made for every woman. From Dance, Aerial Arts to Fitness we host a number of classes with the core aim to empower every single woman that walks through our door. All classes/personal training sessions are tailored towards an individuals needs, whether that be weight loss, skill building, strengthening, developing confidence or an improved social life. Based in Stockport, all our instructors are dedicated to paving the way to making you the best version of yourself possible.

Carnage Classes is owned by Carly Carnage. She offers classes in pole fitness, pole dancing, aerial hoop and flexibility. Fully qualified through X-Pert and Spin City, insured through insure4sport and recognised by PDC as a level 3 instructor and pole dancer.
Classes run for pole fitness and aerial hoop and private tuition is available for pole dancing, flexibility, floorwork, acro and much more.
