As pole dancers we love our workouts, we’re all in agreement pole is fun and highly addictive! We love what it does to our body’s, we love the excitement it brings when nailing new moves, we love feeling strong, flexi and badass but what happens when you can’t get to a studio? Or you’re away and haven’t got a pole near you? Panic sets in about loosing your strength for pole, forgetting the moves, not having the energy and you make a desperate attempt to find something that resembles a pole to feel like you’ve had a workout!
